Our Founder has been in the Accounting and Finance profession for 14 years. He possesses comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of start-up business setups, including financial compliance, tax and VAT compliance, and other regulatory legal requirements. He has managed the establishment of various new company accounting departments, provided banking management planning, VAT and tax planning, process and policy planning, documentation planning, cost-saving planning, and internal control planning. He has vast experience in transforming unorganized companies into organized entities that operate in compliance with government regulations. A company is considered compliant when it maintains a good accounting system (such as proper software entries to the correct cost heads), proper documentation, and adheres to legal requirements (such as monthly and yearly government compliance). He has managed many companies of this type and has established accounting and legal compliance systems for them. Additionally, he has overseen company due diligence work, start-up funding reports, company valuation reports, consolidated accounts, group company consolidations, and the preparation of accounting processes and policies. He has managed the finalization of company audits and obtained signatures from audit firms, submitted monthly and yearly tax and VAT returns to government authorities, faced tax audits, and ensured RJSC legal compliance (including new company registrations, yearly returns, new share allotments, modifications of existing shares, and changes to Articles & Memoranda). He has worked with foreign companies, handling accounting software entries in QuickBooks and Xero for multiple countries, conducting audit reviews, and preparing consolidated financial statements for group and subsidiary companies.
